Resident reports his body feels like ‘plastic’

Monday, July 31

A Nassau Avenue resident said someone entered his garage overnight and took some tools, including an air compressor and table saw.

A Colvin Boulevard resident reported that his body is broken and feels like plastic. Police said the resident appears to be confused.

A Palmer Avenue resident reported that her patio screen door and patio furniture were sliced open some time overnight.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

An officer reported a group of older youths at a playground using vulgar language.

A man reported that someone took his bicycle from behind an Elmwood Avenue business.

A Hamilton Boulevard resident reported that two youths were walking down the street carrying a full-size stop sign.

Wednesday, Aug. 2

An Argonne Drive resident reported that she can’t close a window in the house.

A Hoover Avenue resident reported that he’s being harassed by unknown people about his trash.

Thursday, Aug. 3

An Elmwood Avenue business clerk reported that a person attempted to take four Red Bull drinks. The items were turned over at the cash register.

A Parkwood Avenue resident reported that a man is yelling outside and keeps ringing her doorbell.

An officer reported advising a homeowner about a vehicle parked on the front lawn.

Friday, Aug. 4

A Nassau Avenue resident reported a suspicious white van with orange ladders and no windows in the back. He said the driver was driving slowly through the neighborhood.

A Victoria Boulevard resident reported that she went outside to smoke and noticed a man standing across the street staring at her. Total calls: 200
